Amanda Sears creativity, empathy and patience has been at the forefront of her work with Inspire – Renew – Transform.
Amanda has specialized in work with children, youth and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities during her time with Inspire – Renew – Transform.
Amanda has independently led well over 500 Lessons and Groups for children and youth from 3 through 18 years old facing and handling difficulties ranging from anxiety, depression and academic difficulties to complex family dynamics.
When not working with IRT Amanda assists individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk for to obtain the best support and services available for stability through Family Promise of Morris County.
Training/Education
Amanda holds her Masters in Social Work at Fordham University.
She received bachelors in Family Science in Human Development from Montclair State University in 2019.
