Behavioral Assistant
You are struggling internally, after not being able to express yourself properly. You find it difficult to communicate your problems with others, but want to find an outlet for them. Art can help you to find a way to communicate at your own pace in a safe and relaxed environment, where you play an active role in creating the goals and setting the standards.
Whether you are experiencing stress, social or behavioral problems, learning disabilities, have gone through traumatic events, or are having mental health problems, art can offer a solution to your problems. Art is a creative process that can help you explore hidden emotions, develop self-awareness, help you cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills. I want to aid you into conveying your experiences and feelings through art, while making a safe space for you to express yourself.
