Anxiety

Impact of a Worried Mind

Calm can seem like an emotion outside of your rangeConfidence constantly wavering. Control something that is never quite yours to have.

While those on the outside may not always see it on the outside, you feel it on the inside. You find racing thoughts that overwhelm your daily life. Physical symptoms from a racing heartbeat, sweaty, shaking palms… an upset stomach. Steps forward plagued with hesitation, self-doubt, overthinking, and overplanning. After the step is made contemplating, and replaying how it should of, could of been different.

You are not Alone

According to the National Alliance on Mental Health, "Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health concern in the United States." Among other things, we work step by step to untangle the thoughts holding you back and understand how they impact your feelings and emotions. We find what actions you can take to retrain your brain to understand the difference between real-time and anticipated threats. We find the things that fill your life with joy and contentment and ways to fit them in.
